Make Live Changes to a Loop on VMcast App

Sometimes you may need to update a slide or change content while your VMcast Loop is still running on your waiting room TV. After making the Loop changes in your ViewMedica.com administration area, your active VMcast Loop will automatically update the next time it starts over.

First you will need to make your VMcast Loop changes in the VMcast administration area of the ViewMedica.com website. After your Loop changes are done, use these steps to force an immediate update to a Loop running on your TV before it automatically starts over.

Then exit the Loop running on the VMcast App to see the Loop’s menu, or go to the app’s main Loop selection screen menu.

From a Single Loop’s Menu

1) In the menu for that Loop, highlight the 'Refresh Loop’ option. This option will refresh this and all other loops in your account, but it is listed here for convenience.

2) Select the 'Refresh Loop’ button. A blue notification will appear saying your Loops are refreshing.

3) Another notification will slide in from the right once your Loops have been updated. All of your content should now match the changes you made in your ViewMedica.com account.

From the Loop Selection Screen

1) From your VMcast App’s main Loop selection screen, press 'Up' or click on the “Settings & More” button to reveal the Settings panel.

2) By default, the 'Refresh All Loops’ option should be highlighted. Select the 'Refresh All Loops’ button. A blue notification will appear saying that your VMcast Loops are refreshing.

3) Another notification will slide in from the right once your Loops have been updated. All of your content should now match the changes you made in your ViewMedica.com account.
